Typographical Errors

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Go 3D shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Price Match
Go 3D will match a competitor’s advertised price for an identical stocked product subject to the following conditions:
- The product is identical: including brand, model, year of manufacture and colour;
- The competitor has stock available (i.e. no backorders or rainchecks) in the quantity requested and available for immediate purchase;
- The competitor’s price must include all associated costs, including GST, delivery charges and bonus offers;
- Excludes trade buyers, wholesalers, importers, warehouses, auctions and auction sites, duty free, liquidation and clearance sales or if it is part of a larger order/quote or a corporate discount;
- Excludes cash back offers and reproductions (e.g. photocopies, print outs etc.) of competitors’ vouchers;
- The competitor’s offer must be verifiable by Go 3D;
- The Price Match Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
